STAFFORD, VA, May 21, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A joint venture between Stella Marinas and Drake Real Estate Partners announced today its acquisition of Hope Springs Marina, a full-service marina situated on Aquia Creek in Stafford County, Virginia, with direct access to the Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay.

Located just 40 minutes from the White House and within the Washington, D.C. MSA, Hope Springs is situated in Stafford County, one of the most affluent counties in the country. The facility is the only institutional-quality marina for miles along the Virginia side of the Potomac.

Spanning approximately 14 acres of waterfront real estate, Hope Springs offers nearly 500 total storage positions, including 190 wet slips and 277 enclosed dry racks. The property is anchored by an on-site service department and boat sales operation, a Freedom Boat Club, a fuel dock, a launch ramp, and a best-in-class amenity building featuring panoramic third-floor water views along with a ship store, a slipholder lounge, and event space.
